iTrain Technical
Assistance includes...
♦ Initial consultation to determine
desired content and/or modifications. A link can be added your agency web site to permit easy access to iTrain. Follow-up consultations as
needed.
♦ Custom content may be derived from your
agency’s training curriculum, or you may use the iTrain provided content.
♦ Training site hosted at
www.quiz-me.net with customized internet sub-domain (e.g. gtown.quiz-me.net)
at no additional cost.
♦ Any system enhancements are applied automatically. Current plans include additional training/review modules, and
additon of optional embedded video for broadband connections.
♦ E-mail address setup and maintenance
available at no additional cost.
♦ Technical Assistance maintenance
agreement guarantees up to 12 hours of free support annually, to cover any
custom modifications that you request, and locks in a preferred customer rate of
$50/hour for any overages.
Fees for technical assistance include site
set-up and maintenance. There is a one time set-up fee, ranging from $500 to
$1200, based on the amount of custom content included. Consultation is included
in the set-up fee. Any mileage expenditures will be billed in addition to the
above fees at the prevailing rate. The maintenance agreement rate is $125 per
month (first year payable in advance) and includes all of the features listed
above. The fees quoted are a special rate available only to South Carolina Human
Service providers. The fee schedule may be adjusted as deemed appropriate.
